There are many concepts on how teams should work but a typical approach is to bring in people from differing areas to work on common goals, objectives, planning and ideas. A fundamental flaw with some teams is that they already have natural conflicts on how they communicate together. Huey’s focus is to bring understanding to the importance of each person’s way of approaching things. Not just the idea of “I have this function” and “they have that function”, so we are different! Actually, people are particularly good in their jobs because they are motivated by their own unique needs. These are identified and when everyone discovers that they are not just descriptive of the other person, but an emotional need to feel worth while, then it is easier for acceptance and understanding of each other’s unique styles, without conflict.

Moreover, when Teams that are taxed with expanding their work through out a work place, they will have the tools to expand their results affectively through the business.
